How long do I need to commit to the BYM MEMBERSHIP?
12 months at a time.
WHAT'S THE CANCELATION FEE IF I CAN'T STICK IT OUT THE FULL 12 MONTHS?
There is a $300 early cacelatio fee. There are no exceptions. (Read that again)
HOW DOES THE BYM MEMBERSHIP WORK?
On the date you enroll in your BYM MEMBERSHIP, you will be charged a $99 initiation fee. In exchange for this fee, we are guaranteeing you a $99 monthly auto-debit rate for unlimited yoga & fitness classes as we continue to add more.
Your account wlll also be drafted a spearate $99 for your first month of classes and every month thereafter for 12 months. By becoming and official BYM MEMBER you are committed to 12 months of auto-debits.
HOW DO I PAY EVERY MONTH?
You will be auto drafted by credit or debit card every month, please be sure to use a card that you intend to have on file with Bikram Yoga Milpitas. The credit or debit card you use to make your initial enrollment purchase will remain on file and will be used when drafting the account each month.
WHAT'S THE FINE PRINT?
There are no pauses/freezes. There are no transfers. Cancelling prior to the endo of your 12 month committment results ina $300 early cancellation fee, this is true for even the most extenuating circumstances. There are no refunds. There are no exceptions.
WHAT IF I BECOME PREGNANT OR MOVE OR GO ON A TRIP OR AM SICK OR INJURED OR HAVE ANY OTHER UNEXPECTE
When you sign up for the BYM MEMBERSHIP you are making a 12 month commitment. In order for us to offer this incredible rate, we must charge an early cancellation fee regardless of the life-changes that may occur during any individual contract. You should give careful consideration as to whether the BYM MEMBERSHIP is right for you.
WHAT IF I'M ALREADY A MEMBER, CAN I BUY THE BYM MEMBERSHIP?
YES! If you are currently a monthly member you may purchase BYM MEMBERSHIP status by paying the $99 initiation fee. By signing up, you will enter into a new 12 month agreement.
